Books I read in 2008

Last year's list is here. What I've read this year includes (probably among others):

  1. Callander Square
  2. Plague Ship
  3. The Morpheus Factor (Stargate SG-1, Book 4)
  4. Stargate Atlantis: Entanglement
  5. Heartsick
  6. Postsingular
  7. Spook Country
  8. Jennifer Government
  9. Stargate SG-1: Hydra
  10. Stargate SG-1: Do No Harm
  11. Stargate SG-1: Alliances
  12. Stargate SG-1: Survival of the Fittest
  13. Stargate SG-1: The Barque of Heaven: SG-11
  14. Stargate SG-1: Siren Song
  15. Stargate SG-1: Relativity: SG1--10 (Stargate Sg-1)
  16. Stargate SG-1: The Cost of Honor: SG1-5 (book 2)
  17. Stargate SG-1: A Matter of Honor: SG1-3
  18. Stargate SG-1: Roswell: SG1--9
  19. Stargate SG-1: City of the gods
  20. Stargate SG-1: Trial by Fire
  21. Stargate SG-1: Sacrifice Moon
  22. Death of a Six-Foot Teddy Bear (Bargain Hunters Mysteries, No. 2)
  23. Handbook of Face Recognition (#)
  24. Retire and Start Your Own Business (#)
  25. Capitol Reflections
  26. Sell the Feeling (#)
  27. The House at Riverton
  28. Takeover
  29. Sweetheart
  30. Squawk!
  31. The Life Guide (#)
  32. Taking on the System (#)
  33. Character Connections (#)
  34. Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side
  35. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Book 1)
  36. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Book 3)
  37. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Book 2)
  38. Eragon (Inhertitance)
  39. Eldest: The Inheritance Trilogy, Book 2, Volume II (Unabridged)
  40. Brisingr (Inheritance, Book 3)
  41. The Broken Window: A Lincoln Rhyme Novel (Lincoln Rhyme)
  42. The Last Patriot: A Thriller
  43. Decked
  44. Snagged

The (#) means non-fiction. From last year's list, I still haven't finished Criminalistics. There are two ways to look at this list: either I wasted a lot of time and could have been less stressed about my PhD if I hadn't read anything, or I desperately needed a lot of de-stressing this year and just think how crazy/stressed I would have been if I /hadn't/ done all this pleasure reading. I vote for the second interpretation.
