This is a classic dramatic eye with a soft lip. You should never have both eyes and lips be dramatic. Here's my virtual makeover recreation of Kate's look:
Eyes: highlight color: Sweet Pink; midtone: Granite; accent: Coal; thick black eyeliner; black mascara (and possibly false lashes)Cheeks: Sparkling Cider
Lips: no lipliner; Sweet Nectar lipstick.
