Happy Anniversary, Mary Kay!

Saturday, Sept. 13, marks the 45th anniversary of Mary Kay. The Company was founded by Mary Kay Ash, with her life savings of $5,000, the help of her 20-year-old son, Richard Rogers, and a dream - a dream based on the Golden Rule and the principles of God first, family second and business third. More than four decades later, Mary Kay® products are sold in more than 35 markets worldwide, and the Company's global independent sales force exceeds 1.8 million. The Company's success, however, can best be summed up by these words of wisdom from our Founder, "The success of Mary Kay Inc. is much, much deeper than just dollars and cents and buildings and assets. The real success of our Company is measured to me in the lives that have been touched and given hope."
