The neighbors had some very pretty, very illegal fireworks.

We had some very pretty, legal ones.


Have you ever zoomed in on pieces of fireworks photos? Some very pretty shapes in there. This one reminds me of pine needles on the Ponderosa pine trees where I grew up.

Top left is either a fairy or angel, bottom right is a dragonfly:

And then on my porch at home was this very odd moth with a cross or sword on its wings:

According to google, its a Haploa clymene (Clymene Moth), a type of tiger moth. Never seen one before.
