I'm practically weeping in frustration right now, and also feeling ridiculous about that.
The LAST Stargate SG-1 convention for the east coast will be this November in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. While that is accessible, at this moment no super-uber-cool guests will be there: Atlantis' Ronan Dex (Jason Momoa), Atlantis' Major Evan Lorne (Kavan Smith), Atlantis' Dr Zelenka (David Nikl) and Sgt Siler (Dan Shea). If I loved Atlantis this might be cool, but I'm not thrilled with Atlantis and these characters are not my favs from Atlantis either.
What I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to attend is next April in Vancouver Canada. But I just don't see that happening.... Mike will still be in school, being the first blockage. And April is just too early in the year to make that con a part of our graduation vacation (again, mostly b/c Mike won't have graduated yet!)
Poor me! Woe is me! Do I hear any tiny violins playing?

Just tripped over your blog on a search :) It's David Nykl (not Nikl) and yeah, I know about that con. Hoping I can swing it as I'd like to see him, Jason and Kavan Smith.
