Albuquerque

Recently we took a little trip to New Mexico and Colorado. Here are some of the highlights, over the next several days.

We flew into Albuquerque International Sunport, which hasn't changed much since I was last there. We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard. Although just blocks from the airport, we didn't hear any airplane noise. They had comfy mattresses ... like maybe those new memory foam ones?

Here's the moon just as the sun went down, from the parking lot.

The sky is huge in New Mexico. And the Marriott is slightly on a hill so the view of Albuquerque is amazing. The front desk recommended "Cervantes" as good Mexican food, so we headed over there.

The salsa was good. They sell it online too. I had beef flautas, and Mike had a taco salad. The food was fine, but nothing special. Sopapillas were good.
